More than 15 years of development
Archibase is the result of more than 15 years of development. At the base we had two main thoughts: every architect wants as much time as possible to create beautiful things, so for one time we put our efforts into less pleasant things, in order to quickly continue with the real work. By automating as much as possible and sharing centrally, we create insight, and we can save time. Not for some, but for everyone. snel weer door te kunnen met het echte werk. The second thought was that insight creates freedom. So, more insight means more freedom. We had to get rid of loose spreadsheets and information scattered over different places. We wanted all the essential information gathered into one place and shared with everyone. Growth was not the goal. But we wanted to be able to choose for it and not for it to just happen. Important decisions must be based on insight of the current processes and not the balance of your bank account.

Is Archibase safe?
Two years ago, we completely reprogrammed Archibase from the ground up as a SaaS application, so that it is now not only fully web-based and in the cloud, but above all secure.
Archibase is secure at the front and at the back. At the front, we ensure that only the right person has access to privacy-sensitive information. At the back it runs safely in a data center, and we make regular backups. (In the event of a malfunction, our aim is to have you back to work within 24 hours.)

Everyone writes their hours, but what do you do with them? In Archibase, hours are directly linked to projects and budgets.
Customer module (CRM)
All your customer data in one place and accessible to everyone. More than an address book because you can link contacts directly to companies, groups and projects. At this way, you will never again have duplicate names spread over different places.
Calendar Module
Not only your own agenda, but also that of all your team members. When did Bill go on vacation again?
Planning Module
Schedule your team members on the project. Don't know who to schedule in yet? Then you just plan the task in advance.
Project Module
