Ownership is very important to us, so I want our employees to have insight and understand it themselves.
Is Archibase expensive?
We also have our own agency, so we understand that the costs sometimes can grab you by the throat. But why is it that architects spend thousands of euros for drawing programs, but not even a few tens for office management software?
We think this is a missed opportunity and are convinced that Archibase will quickly pay for itself. Even if it's just the time you save to design (even) more.
Making costs and saving at the same time.
The bigger ones pay a bit more than the little ones.
Ability-to-pay principle
Our goal is to continue to develop and share Archibase with the architecture community. This way everyone benefits.
We believe it is important to help starters set up their business. That is why the rate for the self-employed is only 20 euros per month. Large and small agencies pay per employee according to the ability-to-pay principle, whereby the larger ones pay a little more than the smaller ones. To keep it honest.
Contribution
We want to advance the entirety of the architecture community. That's why we don't charge a usual user fee, but a membership fee. Something like 'contribution'. As with every club, we determine this amount every year. If the number of members increases, the membership fee can decrease. This makes it cheaper for everyone and this way we support the professionalization of the entire industry.
Our prices are completely transparent. There are no hidden costs. You pay a membership fee per employee for using the entire package and therefore all of the modules. You only pay extra if you need multiple users on the Financial, HR, Planning, Library, or Documentation modules. Do you want to know exactly what it would cost for your studio?
